How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners who reach Wavesof Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Wavesof Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Note that Wavesof Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@wavesof.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
